Geely Holdings’ premium electric vehicle (EV) brand Zeekr unveiled the Zeekr 007 GT at the Auto Shanghai 2025. This sleek shooting brake version of the 007 combines sophisticated design with high performance, marking a significant step in the luxury EV market.

The Zeekr 007 GT’s exterior is a departure from its predecessors, abandoning the daytime running lights shared with Lynk & Co. It embraces a fresh new design, with the most striking feature being the wide, pixelated daytime running lights that span the vehicle’s front, creating a bold, futuristic presence.

While the industry trend has been moving towards smaller, thinner lighting as a symbol of technological prowess, Zeekr takes a different approach. A closer inspection of the headlamps reveals intricate pixel clusters. Impressively, the interior infotainment display allows drivers to completely customize the daytime running light design, even enabling them to display text or images for external communication.

The rear of the vehicle features slim, wide-stretching taillights that emphasize its high-tech and futuristic aesthetic. The trunk offers class-leading cargo space with a standard capacity of 645 liters, and folding the second row expands this to 1,737 liters, which allows it to accommodate long items or extensive camping gear.

The 007 GT boasts a refined interior with a layered dashboard that not only looks luxurious but also provides a satisfying tactile experience. A large, intuitive infotainment display controls all vehicle functions, while a separate, rounded instrument cluster displays essential driving information, contributing to the clean, uncluttered design.

The cabin layout impresses with its thoughtful design, with the front featuring a high center console for a sporty feel, cleverly incorporating ample storage options. The rear prioritizes passenger comfort with generous knee and headroom. Supportive seat cushions and power-reclining backrests ensure comfort on long journeys.

Zeekr offers the 007 GT in single and dual motor configurations. The rear-wheel-drive single motor delivers 416 horsepower, while the all-wheel-drive dual motor setup produces a potent 637 horsepower. These powertrains enable 0-60 mph sprints in 5.2 and 2.9 seconds, respectively. Battery options include a 75 kWh LFP from CATL and a 100 kWh NCM from Qilin. The 800V architecture allows for rapid charging, with the NCM battery capable of 10-80% charge in just 10 minutes.
