Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis Take Home Top Honors in Cars.com’s 2025 Best of Awards

Winner of 4 categories in the 2025 Best Car Awards

Hyundai Motor Group has earned significant recognition in the automotive industry. Four of its models won awards in the prestigious “2025 Best of Awards” from Cars.com, a leading U.S. automobile evaluation website. The winners were the Hyundai Santa Fe, Hyundai Palisade, Kia EV9, and the Genesis GV70 electrified model, solidifying the group’s reputation for excellence in design, innovation, and performance.

The 2025 Best Car Awards evaluated the newest model vehicles for quality, innovation, and value, awarding winners across six categories: Car of the Year, Best Family Car, Best Electric Car, Best Luxury Car, Best SUV, and Best Pickup Truck. Hyundai Motor Group emerged as the leader in the awards, claiming four victories in these categories—more than any other automotive group—showcasing its outstanding product competitiveness.

Hyundai Palisade: Best Family Car

The Hyundai Palisade won the 2025 Best Family Car award. It was lauded for its comprehensive safety features, which are critical for families, and its spacious third-row seating, which ensures comfort for all passengers. This recognition underscores Hyundai’s commitment to producing vehicles prioritizing safety and comfort for everyday family use.

Kia EV9: Best Electric Vehicle

The Kia EV9 was named 2025 Best Electric Vehicle, cementing Hyundai Motor Group’s leadership in the electric vehicle market. The EV9’s innovative features and robust performance make it a standout in the growing EV segment, proving the group’s strength in electrification and its ability to produce vehicles that meet the needs of environmentally conscious consumers.

Genesis GV70 Electrified: Best Luxury Car

In the Best Luxury Car category, the Genesis GV70 Electrified model earned recognition for its refined performance, cutting-edge technology, and luxurious design. This award highlights the continued success of the Genesis brand in combining luxury with sustainability in the EV space.
