How Much Does a Full Option Porsche Taycan Turbo GT Cost?

The Porsche Taycan is a sub-large electric sedan and sports car. It was mass-produced by applying much of the technology accumulated through racing, with Porsche saying, “We will show you an electric car made by an authentic sports car maker.” The Taycan also has symbolic meaning as the first mass-produced electric vehicle of the Porsche brand.

The existing top-of-the-line Taycan Turbo S boasted impressive performance with a maximum output of 616 horsepower, 161 mph (260 km/h), and a 0-60 mph time of 2.8 seconds. Porsche recently expanded its top-tier lineup by unveiling the Taycan Turbo GT. As the top model, the Turbo GT’s price tag is also reportedly exceptional.

The most powerful turbo GT in Porsche history

The new Taycan has been launched and performs at the highest level. The Turbo GT is the most powerful production model in Porsche’s history. It produces an output of 1,092 horsepower that lasts several seconds in attack mode. New lap time records were also set at Laguna Seca, California, and Nürburgring, Germany, with the Weissach package trim (The highest-grade lightweight package provided by Porsche).

So, what will the final price be if all options are selected in the Taycan Turbo GT’s configurator? There were only a few unexpected options after using the configurator for a few minutes. However, that doesn’t mean it was cheap.

First, any option that can be added to the configurator costs $53,666 (about 71 million won). Uniquely, one option accounted for more than half of the total price: Paint to Sample Plus. This option is available through Porsche’s exclusive manufacturing program. If customers choose this option, customers will be able to select a custom color for Taycan when the vehicle is delivered from the factory.

Additionally, for $11,400 (approximately 15 million won), customers can select the full Taycan design wrap, which adds black decals covering the entire body. It’s not that cool compared to the expensive price. Of course, most customers will opt for the small Taycan exterior decal set available for $1,210 (1.6 million won).

The option to add black accents to the painted side mirrors, wheels, badges, and door handles costs $2,570 (about 3.4 million won). Lighting the Porsche logo on the tail lamp strip costs $460 (approximately 0.6 million won), and a carbon door sill with custom lettering costs $3,070 (approximately 4.06 million won). Lastly, customers can choose the interior package for $940 (about 1.24 million won).

So, what is the Taycan Turbo GT’s final price with all the options added? It’s $279,667. But it doesn’t end there. In the U.S., customers can pick up the car from a Porsche dealership in Atlanta or Los Angeles for an additional $2,000 (about 2.64 million won). The final price, including this program, is $279,667 (about 370 million won).
