Tata Daewoo Mobility announced on Monday that it recently concluded a local launch event at the Connect Conference Center in Expo City Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), introducing its flagship export truck models, Maximus and the medium-duty truck Dexen, in collaboration with its strategic partner United Diesel.
The event was organized as part of efforts to strengthen brand awareness across the Middle East market, leveraging the trust and technological expertise Tata Daewoo Mobility has accumulated in the UAE over the past several years. A large number of industry representatives from sectors such as construction, logistics, transportation, and waste management attended, demonstrating a strong interest in the Daewoo Trucks brand within the region. Daewoo Trucks is the brand name used by Tata Daewoo Mobility for its commercial vehicle exports, targeting global markets under the Daewoo Trucks identity.
United Diesel, a subsidiary of the UAE’s Al Rostamani Group, has maintained a partnership with Daewoo Trucks since 2006, and the two companies reaffirmed their commitment to long-term cooperation through this event. At the venue, participants had the opportunity to directly experience the reliability, efficiency, and performance of Tata Daewoo Mobility’s commercial vehicles in simulated operational environments, receiving positive feedback.
Meanwhile, Tata Daewoo Mobility plans to further solidify its position as a key partner in the regional transportation industry by expanding its supply chain, while also serving as an important bridge in the strong industrial cooperation between South Korea and the UAE.
