Toyota introduced two new electric vehicles in Europe: the all-new C-HR+ and an updated version of the bZ4X. These models feature Toyota’s latest design language, upgraded infotainment systems, and improved powertrains.

The C-HR+ is a distinct model from the existing C-HR, with larger dimensions. It measures 4,520 mm (178.0 in) in length and has a wheelbase of 2,750 mm (108.3 in), making it 160 mm (6.3 in) longer overall and extending the wheelbase by 110 mm (4.3 in) compared to the standard C-HR.

The exterior features Toyota’s latest Hammerhead design language. C-shaped headlights create a wider stance and a more aggressive look. The roofline slopes are coupe-like, and the black-painted roof lowers the vehicle’s visual center of gravity.

The charging port is positioned on the driver’s side front fender. At the rear, a horizontal light bar spans the vehicle’s width, and the lower bumper has an upswept design, which enhances its sporty appearance.

The C-HR+ has a horizontal dashboard layout inside. The center stack integrates air vents, a 14-inch touchscreen display, and physical controls for climate settings. Dual wireless charging pads enhance convenience.

The powertrain lineup includes single- and dual-motor configurations. The single-motor version has a 57.7 kWh or 77 kWh battery, delivering 165 and 221 horsepower, respectively. Based on the WLTP cycle, Toyota estimates a maximum range of up to 600 km (373 miles).

The dual-motor variant has a 77 kWh battery and an all-wheel-drive system. It generates 338 horsepower and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (0 to 62 mph) in 5.2 seconds.

The bZ4X has received minor updates for the new model year. The headlights have been revised to match Toyota’s latest design language. The interior now includes a 14-inch infotainment system and dual wireless charging pads for convenience. Toyota plans to launch the updated bZ4X in Europe by the end of the year.
