Audi’s New RS Q8 Performance Model Boasts 640 HP, 3.6 Sec 0-60 mph Time

Audi Korea announced on Monday that it would release a partially modified model of the high-performance sports utility vehicle (SUV), The New Audi RS Q8.

The New Audi RS Q8 Performance is powered by an 8-speed tiptronic transmission and a V8 4.0ℓ twin-turbo gasoline direct injection engine. This powertrain delivers an impressive 640 horsepower, a 40-horsepower boost from its predecessor. With a peak torque of 627 lb-ft, this beast can sprint from 0 to 60 mph in a mere 3.6 seconds. Fuel efficiency is rated at 6.5 km/l combined.

It has RS-exclusive dampers that adjust the body ground clearance to 90mm and Adaptive Air Suspension Sports that regulate damping (vibration relief). The exterior has been refreshed with a redesigned air intake, featuring a modern grille design and a distinctive hexagonal frameless single frame. This high-performance luxury SUV is priced at 192.02 million won (approximately $144,015).
