Mercedes-AMG has revealed the 2025 GT63 Pro, the latest addition to its GT coupe lineup for the U.S. market.

The entry-level GT43 and the range-topping GT63 S E Performance plug-in hybrid were also introduced.

While the GT63 S E Performance PHEV leads the lineup as the top-tier model, the GT63 Pro is engineered for track enthusiasts aspiring to professional-level performance, similar to the Porsche 911 GT3 RS.

Impressive Performance and Track-Focused Features

The Mercedes-AMG GT63 Pro has a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 603 horsepower. Power is delivered to all four wheels via a 9-speed automatic transmission.

While the AMG GT63 Pro shares a front-engine layout similar to the 656-horsepower Aston Martin Vantage, it sets itself apart with standard all-wheel drive—unlike the Vantage’s rear-wheel-drive configuration.

The Pro model includes several track-focused enhancements, such as a high-performance brake system with standard carbon-ceramic rotors, a water-cooled differential, and aerodynamic upgrades to increase downforce.

Value-Added Free Options

Mercedes-AMG has yet to release full pricing details for the GT63 Pro’s options, but they’ve announced an impressive array of included features.

Several premium features are provided as standard. These include a front axle lift system to protect the car’s low-slung nose and foldable rear seats that convert the two-seater into a 2+2 configuration.

Michelin Cup 2 R Extreme tires, which offer greater grip than the standard Michelin Pilot Sport 5s, are also provided as standard.

The GT63 Pro is the most track-capable AMG GT coupe lineup model. At $197,050, it undercuts the Porsche 911 GT3 RS by about $25,000.

While the price gap is relatively small compared to the Porsche 911 Turbo, it widens to approximately $35,000 compared with the more powerful 640-horsepower Turbo S, highlighting AMG’s strong value proposition in the high-performance sports car segment.
