Genesis has introduced its latest flagship model, the G90 Long Wheelbase Black, further expanding its premium Black lineup. Sales began on Wednesday.

The G90 Long Wheelbase Black enhances luxury through its distinctive black styling, inside and out. It delivers unparalleled value to customers in the high-end sedan segment.

Refined Exterior: The Sophistication of Black

The G90 Long Wheelbase Black is the new pinnacle of Genesis’ premium offerings. It completes the brand’s Black lineup, joining the G90 Black, G80 Black, GV80 Black, and GV80 Coupe Black.

The all-black exterior amplifies the vehicle’s commanding presence, embodying Genesis’s design philosophy of athletic elegance.

Key exterior elements finished in black include the front grille, emblems, front bumper intake moldings, rear bumper lower moldings, daylight opening (DLO) trim, and headlamp inner bezels.

Exclusive 20-inch glossy black wheels with floating wheel caps and dark metallic Genesis lettering on the rear further enhance its distinctive appearance.

Premium Interior: A Study in Black

The G90 Long Wheelbase Black’s interior maximizes luxury with its extensive use of black materials and premium finishes.

Every interior detail, including buttons, switches, garnishes, the steering wheel, paddle shifters, and door sills, is finished in black. Exclusive semi-aniline quilted seats complete the upscale look.

The cockpit and door panels’ black ash wood trim is accented with brass-colored inlays that follow the wood grain, incorporating a unique black pattern for added sophistication.

Genesis has also introduced updated welcome and farewell animations for the panoramic display, new 2D and 3D vehicle imagery, and redesigned graphic themes. The smart key buttons and engine cover emblem feature black accents, reinforcing the model’s exclusive character.

Cutting-Edge Features and Expanded Lineup

Alongside the G90 Long Wheelbase Black, Genesis introduces the 2025 G90 and 2025 G90 Black models. The 2025 G90 now includes a head-up display as standard equipment, responding to high customer demand. It also offers an optional rear-seat entertainment system (ccRC, connected car Rear Cockpit). This upgraded system boasts improved resolution, larger displays, and additional content options to enhance passenger enjoyment.

The G90 Long Wheelbase Black comes exclusively with the 3.5-liter (214 cu in) turbocharged engine, which features a 48V electric supercharger and all-wheel drive.

A Genesis spokesperson stated that the G90 Long Wheelbase Black represents Genesis’s meticulous attention to detail in achieving the perfect black aesthetic. We invite luxury car enthusiasts to experience our new flagship model in the Genesis Black lineup.

Pricing for the G90 range, based on a 3.5% individual consumption tax, is as follows: The G90 Long Wheelbase Black is priced at 175.2 million KRW (approximately $120,888). The G90 Long Wheelbase costs 167.9 million KRW (approximately $115,851). The G90 Black with a 3.5L Turbo engine is priced at 129.6 million KRW (approximately $89,424). The G90 Base with a 3.5L Turbo engine is available for 97.6 million KRW (approximately $67,344).
