510 HP and 255 kgf·m of Torque: Inside the New Actros 2651LS

Daimler Truck Korea has unveiled its 2025 lineup featuring the Actros 2643LS 6X2 and Actros 2651LS 6X2. These new models are strategically designed for customers who prioritize both efficiency and functionality amid challenging economic conditions and rising interest rates. For these latest offerings, Daimler allows buyers to select only essential features while maintaining competitive pricing, even when opting for premium elements.

The Actros 2643LS 6X2 is positioned as an entry-level tractor with a focus on practicality. It’s equipped with a 428-horsepower inline six-cylinder diesel engine paired with a 12-speed automatic transmission, generating a peak torque of 214 kgf·m. As the lightest model in the lineup, it’s engineered to maximize fuel efficiency.

Inside, the truck features a Stream Space cab with a flat floor design, enhancing spatial efficiency and driver comfort. It comes with classic side mirrors, an analog cockpit, traditional bulb lighting, and a standard sleeper berth, all aimed at improving serviceability and operational efficiency.

The Actros 2651LS 6X2 steps up the game with a high-output diesel engine delivering 510 horsepower and 254.9 kgf·m of torque, making it ideal for long-haul and heavy-load operations. This model is loaded with premium features including LED headlamps with automatic high-beam control, a spacious Giga Space cab, ventilated leather seats, a deluxe mattress, a state-of-the-art multimedia cockpit, wireless charging capability, and fuel-efficient tires.

A spokesperson for Daimler Truck Korea stated that the new Actros models are the result of a focused effort to eliminate unnecessary features while concentrating on the elements our customers truly value. The spokesperson expressed confidence that the trucks would serve as effective business partners, helping customers balance economy and performance to improve their bottom line.
