On April 23, Porsche unveiled the 911 Spirit 70 at the Auto Shanghai 2025. The new vehicle features colors and graphic elements that evoke the spirit of the 1970s and early 1980s, and it is the third model produced as part of their Heritage Design strategy.

The body is finished in Olive Neo, a color developed by Porsche designers and paint specialists to add a modern twist to the classic green. This hue complements the BronZite color applied to the lower rear section and sports classic wheels, and the soft top and front windshield frame are painted black for a striking contrast.
The hood features three stripes inspired by 1970s safety stickers. Back then, sports car enthusiasts added vertical stripes to improve visibility in rearview mirrors during highway or track driving. Meanwhile, the Porsche logo remains true to its original 1963 design.

The front fender proudly displays a gold Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur badge, while the trunk lid grille features a Porsche Heritage badge. This heritage emblem is reminiscent of the badge awarded to Porsche 356 owners who achieved 100,000 km in the 1950s.

Inside, the cabin showcases a meticulous arrangement of various-sized rectangles, a Pasha fabric pattern that evokes waving checkered flags. The dashboard blends traditional design with cutting-edge technology, featuring a 12.65-inch display with analog-style pointers and graduations. The green-colored numerals pay homage to the iconic 356.

Under the hood, the 911 Spirit 70 borrows the Carrera GTS’s powertrain, combining a 3.6-liter flat-six engine with an electric turbocharger and an 8-speed PDK transmission. This setup delivers an impressive 541 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque.
Porsche will produce just 1,500 units of this limited edition globally, with pricing starting at 240,000 EUR (approximately 256,800 USD) for international markets.
