Kia has unveiled its electric vehicles (EVs), leading the company into the future.
On Thursday, Kia released teaser images and videos of three vehicles, including the new EV4 and PV5 models and the Concept EV2, which will be fully revealed at the upcoming 2025 Kia EV Day.

Kia plans to host the 2025 Kia EV Day later this month at the Taraco Arena in Tarragona, Spain. The event will showcase three vehicles and solidify Kia’s leadership in the electric vehicle market.
It is the fourth dedicated electric vehicle that Kia will introduce to the domestic market, following the EV6, EV9, and EV3. Along with the EV3, it is a new electric sedan that will lead the popularization of electric vehicles.
The teaser images reveal the EV4’s innovative silhouette, breaking away from the typical sedan stereotype and showcasing Kia’s vision for next-generation electric sedans.

The PV5 was first previewed as a concept at last year’s CES and is the inaugural model in Kia’s Purpose-Built Vehicle (PBV) lineup. Built on a dedicated PBV platform, it combines practicality with a robust and futuristic design.
The PV5’s exterior features Kia’s signature Star Map lighting, a streamlined body, and signature design elements hinting at its versatility.

Making its debut, the Concept EV2 is a versatile compact SUV with an innovative and adventurous style designed to suit urban and outdoor lifestyles.
The front end of the Concept EV2 showcases a bold yet sophisticated appearance, blending separated Star Map signature lighting with a muscular body.
Kia official said, “At the 2025 Kia EV Day, we will also reveal an expanded electrification strategy to reshape the electric vehicle market. We’ll also present our comprehensive PBV business and product strategy, starting with our first dedicated PBV, the PV5.”
