Mercedes-Benz Korea has expanded its luxury midsize SUV lineup with the launch of the new GLE 350 4MATIC trim in South Korea.
The GLE 350 4MATIC retains the luxurious design, spacious interior, and extensive convenience features of the GLE series while offering a more accessible gasoline-powered entry-level option with a relatively efficient powertrain. With this launch, the GLE lineup now consists of four trims: GLE 350 4MATIC, GLE 450 4MATIC, GLE 300 d 4MATIC, and AMG GLE 53 4MATIC+.
The newly released GLE 350 4MATIC is equipped with a 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder gasoline engine paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, delivering a maximum output of 258 horsepower and 40.8 kg·m of torque. It features a 48V mild hybrid system and an integrated starter-generator (ISG), enhancing both efficiency and responsiveness.

On the exterior, the model maintains the GLE’s distinct presence with a redesigned front bumper, chrome-accented radiator grille, and MULTIBEAM LED headlamps. The interior is outfitted with chrome-finished air vents, the Energizing Package, the Air Balance Package, and the MBUX infotainment system.
As for driving assistance features, the AIRMATIC suspension comes standard, along with a Transparent Hood function to enhance forward visibility in off-road conditions. Also included as standard are the Burmester® surround sound system (with Dolby Atmos support), a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, Keyless-Go, and a multifunction heated steering wheel.
The official sales price of the GLE 350 4MATIC in South Korea can be found on the Mercedes-Benz Korea website or at any of the 63 dealerships nationwide.
