Stéphane Deblaise, CEO of Renault Korea, announced the shipment of 894 units of the Grand Koleos to Latin America on Wednesday.
The shipment of the Grand Koleos heads for the Mexican and Colombian markets. Renault Korea plans to expand exports to other key Latin American markets, including Brazil, Uruguay, Panama, and the Dominican Republic.

The Grand Koleos plays a key role in Renault’s International Game Plan strategy. Starting with Latin America and the Middle East, the company aims to expand exports to African markets. Renault’s strategy includes launching eight new models by 2027 from five global hubs in Korea, India, Latin America, Turkey, and Morocco, targeting markets outside Europe.
In April 2025, Renault Korea reported total sales of 10,427 units, with 5,252 units sold domestically and 5,175 units exported, marking a 195% increase from the same period last year. The mid-size SUV Grand Koleos led domestic sales with 4,375 units sold.
